Chandrayan 2 launch | ISRO lift of Chandrayan 2 successfully


Chandrayan 2 – India’s most powerful launcher till date, #GSLVMkIII lifts-off for the Moon with #Chandrayaan2 from Sriharikota on the historical date on 22 July 2019 Under the supervision of our most talented Space scientists.

A Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark III (GSLV Mk-III) ‘Bahubali’ rocket blasted off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. Onboard was a dream of placing a rover on the Moon.

The three-stage GSLV Mk-III rocket successfully went through all the three stages and successfully injected Chandrayaan-2 into a lower Earth orbit shortly after launch.
